What this website is
An educational publication about trading and proprietary trading firms. We publish articles, reviews and guides. We are not a broker, not a proprietary trading firm, not a licensed financial adviser, and not a money transfer business.
No advisory relationship
Reading this site, subscribing to the newsletter or contacting us does not create an advisory relationship. Nothing here is a personal recommendation. See the risk disclosure for the full statement, which forms part of these terms.
Your responsibility
- Every trading decision you make is yours alone.
- You are responsible for checking that what you do is permitted where you live, including financial, exchange control and tax rules.
- You are responsible for reading the current terms of any firm or broker before paying them anything. Their rules can change after we publish an article about them.
Accuracy
We research carefully, cite sources, and mark uncertain figures as uncertain. We still cannot guarantee that everything is complete or current, because firms change their rules and regulations change. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it and say that we did.
The setup service
The service described on the Get Funded page is a separate paid service governed by a separate written agreement made with each client before anything is arranged. Submitting the application form creates no obligation on either side and no payment is taken through this website. We never trade an account on a client behalf.
Content and copyright
The articles, reviews, scorecards and design on this site belong to Nomadic Traders. You are welcome to quote a passage with a link back to the original page. Republishing whole articles, or using them to train a commercial model, requires written permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, evaluation fees, lost profits, or any decision taken on the basis of content published here. If a court decides we owe something despite that, our total liability is limited to any amount you have actually paid us.
